Zach’s expertise extends beyond the Park City town limits; his market knowledge covers all of Summit County, including Snyderville Basin, Kimball Junction, Upper Deer Valley, Kamas, Heber City, and Midway. Zach’s love of Park City developed in his youth while competing in freestyle skiing which allowed him to travel to various mountain towns, including his favorite – Park City. After he obtained a B.S. from Boise State, he worked as a ski instructor at Deer Valley Resort while obtaining a Master’s degree in education from Westminster.
His travels brought him to Argentina and Chile for a few years, where he met his wife, also a lover of the outdoors. Although Zach no longer skis competitively, he spends as much time as possible enjoying the Park City lifestyle with his wife and three children. Zach continues to give back to the community he loves as a volunteer at the National Ability Center, guiding the visually impaired.
Zach taught History and Spanish at the Junior High level, but over time developed a desire to follow the family tradition of real estate. He embarked on his real estate career in 2014, and since then has enjoyed an award-winning career and satisfied clients throughout Park City, Deer Valley, the Heber Valley, and beyond. Zach has a love for real estate just like his grandfather who went to work every day until the age of 92 and to whom he attributes his work ethic and integrity.
Zach recognizes that being successful is about knowing the business and staying on top of the changing landscape in the marketplace. Jeff developed his design skills in rendering, design and layout, and urban design and planning at Design Workshop and IBI Group, an international architecture and planning firm. After years in the industry, Jeff transitioned to providing similar services as well as design services to real estate agents and related real estate developments. Today he utilizes those skills to analyze real estate trends and design informative analysis plans and presentations for ZW Group.
