"Excellent Job"

Zach assisted a developer team and I in purchasing a high-end lot in Park City to build a custom home. He did an excellent job of identifying the right property, successfully negotiating a favorable price and preparing all the documents resulting in a flawless closing. We would highly recommend him and will certainly use his services on our next purchase. Zach also found a home in Old Town for us with the possibility of building on the back lot. We made this purchase and once again Zach was flawless in finding the property, getting us a very favorable price and doing the due diligence on the possibility of building in Old Town.
